Payment Options:
A down-payment is requested with each order. We accept checks, VISA, or Mastercard. Balance plus shipping are due 15 days from the date of shipment. COD available upon request.

Shipping:
We ship molds via UPS ground.

Replacement:
If a mold is found to be defective upon arrival, contact us within 30 days to arrange for repair or replacement. Stone Gryphon is not responsible for damage incurred as a result of user's mishandling.

Care of Molds:
We use only Cementex #80 Latex reinforced with hand-laid fiberglass for all of our molds. We believe our materials and method yield both excellent detail and mold longevity. Latex molds should be stored in moderate temperatures and out of direct sunlight for maximum mold life. The rubber should be regularly conditioned with a castor oil solution applied to the inside AND the outside of the latex liner. Any concrete build-up or rough-spots developing on the inside of the fiberglass backing should be removed immediately to prevent abrasion damage or distortion of the latex liner.
